2. Is it Safe?

Red raspberry has been used for centuries and is considered a traditional herb that women used when trying to conceive and while they are pregnant. You can safely take this daily without any side effects.

3. What Does it Do?

This herb is very beneficial when it comes to toning the muscles of the pelvis and the uterus. By improving these muscles, you are preparing your uterus for the time when implantation occurs and will be helping your body to create a womb for your baby that is warm and healthy. It can also help your baby to receive the nutrients that it needs because it helps to improve blood flow to your reproductive organs.

You can easily use this all throughout your pregnancy and many have found that it helps ease labor pains and prepare both your uterus and your body for a childbirth that is safe and smooth for both you and your baby.

4. Can it Prevent Miscarriage?

By toning the muscles of your uterus, there is also a chance that it can help prevent a miscarriage as well. Along with a rich uterine lining and blood flow, which are also created when using red raspberry leaf tea, a toned uterus can help promote the healthy growth of your baby and therefore keep you, your baby and your pregnancy healthy for the entire term of your pregnancy.

5. How do I use it?

Some herbalists believe that mixing red raspberry with red clover offers the best benefit for your fertility. When you choose this herb as a tea, you will find that it is easy to find and use. You simply brew a pot of it and enjoy it anyway that you enjoy your tea; hot or cold. If you enjoy cool tea during the day, simply place it in a pitcher and place it into the refrigerator. Red clover can easily be added to it in order to make it more powerful.

6. What can I add to make it more powerful?

Other items that you may want to add to your tea are dong quai and false unicorn. Dong quai is a Chinese herb which also tones the uterus and regulates the hormones and the menstrual cycle. Like red raspberry it works to improve the blood flow to the reproductive organs, which can also improve fertility.

False unicorn is a flowering herb is native to the northeastern portion of the United States and can help treat issues related to female reproduction. One of its main functions is to strengthen the uterus and the uterine lining, which makes it easier for the egg to implant when it does become fertilized. This makes it easier for your body to accept a pregnancy and carry it through a healthy pregnancy.

7. Conclusion

Red raspberry leaf tea can be extremely beneficial to women and fertility. It becomes even more beneficial when you mix it with some of the other popular fertility herbs that have been shown to improve fertility in women as well.

Be careful when and how you use it

I bought into the hype and broke down and tried this product. After all, how can you resist something that claims that the fat is literally taken out of some of the food that you eat! I must say, though, pay attention to the directions on the package. I used it for a few days with none of the negative effects that many people experience. But during those times I ate fairly healthy meals and nothing too fatty. Then I went out with friends and didn't think about the fact I had taken these pills. I ate chicken wings, blue cheese and french fries. And spent most of the night and a good portion of the next day with several occasions of racing to the bathroom because of digestive issues. I suppose it shows that it does remove "stuff" from your diet because I sometimes have issues going at all and with using this product I went several times a day. But is it worth the risk? Besides, I have no idea if taking the pill was making a difference in my weight loss or if I was having success because I was being more careful in my food choices leading to lower calorie intake.

Weight Loss through Fear of Embarrassment

Was excited to try Alli, heard such great things. Did not see anything for the first couple days I took this. Then came the HORRIBLE side effects. Oily, greasy residue in your underwear and the toilet, and the smell. Oh my gosh. It was awful. Talk about eating healthy - for fear of what this will do to you. Didn't even finish the first bottle it was so terrible.
