Can tight Underwear cause a Man to become Infertile

It’s one of the oldest fertility myths out there: the idea that tight briefs or any kind of underwear, for that matter, can cause fertility problems for men. There is a lot of debate over whether or not underwear can cause sperm related problems in men.
The idea is that men who wear briefs have a greater chance of overheating the testicles, which can in turn damage sperm count and sperm motility. Since briefs are tighter, it may be possible for them to raise the body temperature above normal levels, which can hurt sperm health.
While this myth has not been scientifically proven, and there is not a lot of research on the subject, taking care to prevent sperm from overheating is not a bad idea as far as fertility goes.
If your guy wears briefs and you are concerned about the possibility of his testicles overheating, it is a good idea to have him switch to boxers while you are trying to get pregnant. You can also ask your guy to avoid hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and extremely hot baths during the time that you are trying to conceive.
Likewise, any extremely tight or restrictive clothing, like bicycle gear, should be avoided when trying to conceive, since these things can cause the temperature of the testicles to rise as well, and can potentially damage sperm health. Even though this has yet to be scientifically proven, it is a good idea to avoid these things just to be on the safe side. Can tight Underwear cause a Man to become Infertile, 5.0 out of 5 based on 1 rating
