Hypospadias is fairly rare and only occurs one out of every 250 times a male is born. There are also different degrees of the condition as well and the urethra may be located anywhere from just below the penis to the scrotum.
Even though hypospadias is something that some men are born with, it is treatable bay a surgery that is conducted during the first year of life.
